• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, accurately identifying patients' needs and developing tailored treatment plans to address those needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and comprehensive care, discussing case details and sharing insights on psychosocial issues that may affect treatment.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions to address social-emotional challenges among patients, offering coping strategies and therapeutic interventions.
• Guide caregivers in developing responsive parenting skills by assessing family dynamics, respecting their values, and providing constructive feedback to enhance caregiver competency.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and evaluations, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.
• Act as a resource for healthcare professionals in understanding community services available for patient referrals, connecting individuals with support systems that enhance recovery.

This role primarily involves working with diverse populations including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of behavioral health issues. Your expertise will be instrumental in diagnosing social-emotional functioning and implementing effective treatment strategies. A strong emphasis on cultural competency will be vital as you tailor your approach to meet the varied cultural backgrounds and life stages of our patients.

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field, accompanied by a valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Washington State.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in social services, focusing significantly on psychiatric and behavioral health support.
• Current training and certification in managing disruptive behaviors, ensuring safety and effective intervention methods.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a capacity for empathetic patient interaction and collaboration with colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and case management.

• Experience in a community health clinic setting is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with teletherapy practices.
• Prior involvement in crisis intervention or case management can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
• Training in trauma-informed care or similar methodologies is a plus, enhancing your skill set in understanding patients' diverse backgrounds.
