Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning tasks in private residences, vacation rentals, and community buildings. This role requires significant physical movements. Including bending, lifting, kneeling, reaching, and repetitive motions to ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently. Additionally, this position requires a strong sense of teamwork, as you closely work with a partner to complete cleaning tasks effectively

  • Bed-Making and Linen Changes
  • Bedroom Cleaning
  • Living Area Cleaning
  • Carrying and Lifting
  • Repetitive Hand and Arm Motions
  • Crouching and Kneeling
  • Standing and Walking for Extended Periods


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in residential and vacation rental cleaning preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
  • Excellent time management abilities to efficiently complete tasks
  • Knowledge of floor care techniques and carpet cleaning
  • Familiarity with laundry and housekeeping management
  • Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not necessary
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Strong work ethics, reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work harmoniously with a partner
  • Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to different cleaning situations and schedules
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Extras:

  • Weekend bonus incentives - $2/hr extra for shifts worked on Saturday & Sunday
  • Prevailing wage contract incentives- earn $22/hr though prevailing wage contracts
  • Earn mileage compensation at $0.60/mile while traveling between jobs throughout each work day
