What We Offer

• Paid training with no experience required — start at $20/hour while you learn the ropes.
• Earn $21–$25/hour after training, plus tips from appreciative clients.
• Early pay review and raise opportunities after your first 45 days.
• Premium pay — earn an additional $2/hour for commercial, move-in/move-out, post-construction, and pre-listing cleaning projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience is helpful, but not required — we provide full training for the right person.
• Lead House Cleaners should be confident applying training, supporting teammates, and helping guide quality on-site.
• A hardworking, high-energy team player who brings a positive attitude every day.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English clearly for communication and training.
• A strong attention to detail, with a mindset of going the extra mile for clients.
• Someone who is responsible, people-focused, and customer service driven, and genuinely enjoys cleaning.
• Reliability is key — must be ready to start at 7:20 AM sharp and consistently arrive on time.
• Must have a reliable vehicle with insurance, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Comfortable driving between job sites and carpooling with teammates.
• Able to work independently when needed, while also thriving in a team environment.
