• Provide thorough assessment and effective treatment services to low acuity adults presenting with various mental health needs via secure video chat.

As a mental health counselor at Clarity Counseling Collective, you will primarily serve stable, low acuity adults seeking to enhance their quality of life. Our client base includes individuals dealing with a spectrum of concerns such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Your contribution is vital in building their resilience and guiding them towards achieving personal goals.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license that permits independent practice. We are eager to welcome licensed professionals, including LMFT, LMHC, and LICSW.
• No restrictions on your license, such as limited or provisional status, and no history of disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to therapy.
• Strong computer literacy and experience with virtual counseling platforms.
• A reliable computer setup with a webcam and audio capabilities for effective communication and video sessions, along with dependable internet connectivity.

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with a demonstrated history of working with low acuity patients and those who are adaptable to remote counseling is highly encouraged to apply. Familiarity with solution-based and other moderate interventions is a plus.

We offer an attractive compensation package, including a sign-on bonus and an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 based on your working hours and commitment.
