• Must possess a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in the relevant state.
• Demonstrated ability and experience in delivering remote therapy or a strong willingness to adapt to teletherapy platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively in a virtual environment.
• A deep commitment to cultural competence and a passion for providing inclusive care to clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Previous experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling environments is highly beneficial.
• Background in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and client management is an advantage.
