Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Location: Maryland
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We're looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to deliver high-quality virtual care to clients throughout Maryland. In this position, you will help individuals, couples, and families address relationship struggles, family stress, emotional concerns, and behavioral patterns that affect daily life. This is a practical, client-centered role for someone who wants a dependable schedule and the opportunity to provide focused therapy in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with adult, adolescent, couple, and family clients as appropriate
  • Identify treatment needs through clinical assessments and intake sessions
  • Create and maintain effective treatment plans
  • Record progress notes and other required clinical documentation in a timely manner
  • Help clients build healthier communication, coping, and relationship strategies

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
  • Active LMFT license in the state of Maryland
