Our positions are fully remote, allowing you to create a work environment that best suits your needs. You will be a vital part of a collaborative and supportive team, connected through technology that facilitates effective communication and coordination. Flexible work hours enable you to manage your schedule, supporting an ideal work-life balance while ensuring that client care remains our top priority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling to clients via secure video conferencing, ensuring a comfortable and confidential environment.
  • Employ evidence-based, solution-focused treatment methodologies tailored to meet individual client needs and preferences.
  • Craft personalized treatment plans that address the specific psychological challenges of each client, adapting approaches as necessary to track progress and effectiveness.

  • Continuously assess and monitor client progress, revising treatment plans as required to meet evolving mental health goals.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele of stable, low-acuity adults who present with various mental health concerns. By focusing on enhancing their quality of life through skill development, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their mental wellbeing. Our clients often seek help with challenges such as anxiety, stress, coping with life changes, and relationship issues.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • A current, full, and unrestricted license to practice independently as a mental health therapist in Illinois: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • No limited/provisional license status or disciplinary actions against your license.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, compassion, and a commitment to client success.
  • Strong proficiency with technology, ensuring ease of conducting remote sessions and managing client records.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
