• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges and strengths, leading to the formulation of personalized treatment strategies.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy, tailored specifically to each client's needs.
• Set achievable therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, actively monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans based on feedback and observed outcomes.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual appointments, ensuring accessibility and continuous support, particularly for those facing mobility or logistical challenges.
• Prepare and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that client information is up-to-date and secured with confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and workshops, fostering personal and professional growth in clinical expertise.

Your role will encompass providing critical counseling services to a diverse client base, including those coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional and psychological challenges. The flexibility of a telehealth environment allows you to reach individuals who may otherwise struggle to access care due to geographical or personal barriers, ensuring equitable access to mental health support.

• A current and valid license is required in the state of Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of a safe, trusting therapeutic alliance with diverse populations.
• Exhibition of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and challenges is crucial for success in this role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle caseloads and meet documentation deadlines.

• Experience in a telehealth setting, leveraging technology to enhance the therapeutic experience.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health disorders.
• Previous experience working with a variety of age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults.

• Competitive salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, determined by your caseload and relevant experience.
