• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized tools and culturally sensitive methods.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, client input, and evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting techniques to meet diverse needs and organizational standards.
• Monitor clients' progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes and facilitate recovery.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, collaborating with emergency services when required.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, complying with legal and ethical standards as mandated by professional licensing boards.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and enhance the overall care of clients.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in mental health treatment methodologies, participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions to refine clinical skills and ensure high standards of practice.
• Adhere to professional ethical guidelines, legal requirements, and organizational policies in all aspects of your work.

Your expertise as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist will engage a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. We prefer applicants to have a minimum of three years of experience working in mental health counseling or a related field. Experience with telehealth modalities and familiarity with electronic health record systems will be advantageous in enhancing your effectiveness in this role.
