Job Description:
Develop and enhance training content aimed at improving workforce safety, reducing risks, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Candidates should have solid experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and content creation, while working to deliver engaging, effective learning solutions that drive safety and performance.
Highest Level of Education Required for this Position:
High School
Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Learning and Development, or a related field.
Certifications in Instructional Design or Adult Learning are preferred.
Qualifications (IE SAP Experience, Excel Knowledge, Any Certifications, Years of Experience in Certain Fields):
Experience in instructional design, content development, or learning and development, ideally within safety, compliance, or industrial sectors (e.g., construction, oil and gas).
Software Skills: Proficient with Google Suite, along with content development tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Must Haves:
Articulate 360/Captivate
Intermediate to expert content creator
Advanced skills in Google suite
Proficient project management skills
Has their own computer

Adobe Creative Suite: (Audition, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
Adobe Captivate (This one is NOT part of Adobe Creative Suite)
Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline)
Hardware:
Processor: Intel Core i7 or AMD Ryzen 7 (newer generation preferred)
RAM: 16GB (32GB is highly recommended, especially for video editing)
Storage: 512GB SSD (1TB SSD is ideal for larger projects and faster performance)
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 or AMD Radeon RX 5500 will help with rendering and video editing.
However, for \'light\' video editing, integrated graphics (like Intel Iris Xe) might suffice.
