Job description

Temporary Marketing Coordinator

Please note: This is a temp assignment, with an initial contract assignment through November 2026.

Pay Range: $25-33 per hour

The Marketing Coordinator will partner with the Marketing Manager to execute strategic marketing initiatives and provide administrative and project support across multiple programs. This role is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and essential to ensuring the successful delivery of local and corporate marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the local co-op advertising program, including compliance tracking, documentation, and reimbursement processing
  • Develop, design, and produce promotional materials and marketing collateral for local campaigns across print, digital, radio, outdoor, and other channels
  • Coordinate corporate and local event marketing efforts to ensure consistent and effective brand representation
  • Manage departmental administrative functions, including invoice processing, credit card reconciliation, and budget tracking
  • Maintain and organize inventory of marketing materials, display items, and campaign assets
  • Assist with campaign reporting, tracking, and performance documentation as needed
  • Provide general project support and perform additional duties as assigned

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or account management preferred
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
