As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to accurately assess clients' needs and determine appropriate treatment strategies.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique goals and challenges of each client, utilizing client-centered methodologies.
• Implement effective therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy.
• Assist clients during crisis situations by addressing their immediate mental health needs with care and expertise.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with clinic policies and confidentiality regulations.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to continually enhance your therapeutic skills and clinical knowledge.

Your work will primarily involve supporting a diverse group of clients who are stable and have low-acuity mental health issues. These individuals may be dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges. You will be tasked with facilitating their progress through tailored interventions, providing an empathetic listening ear and expert guidance throughout their therapeutic journey.

To qualify for this role, you must possess:

• A current and active license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional communication abilities, both verbally and in writing, to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with your team.
• An empathetic, client-centered approach to care, demonstrating a genuine desire to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.
• Strong organizational skills that enable effective time management, ensuring a robust caseload is maintained without compromising the quality of care.

While a minimum of two years of related experience is required, we prefer candidates with experience in a community health clinic setting, who are familiar with telehealth methods and remote counseling practices. Additional training or certifications in specialized therapy modalities will be viewed favorably.
