Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation of patient interactions, clinical notes, and progress reports in alignment with departmental standards.
  • Provide crisis intervention and empathetic counseling to patients experiencing emotional or behavioral disturbances.
  • Facilitate communication and coordinate care with family members and support systems to ensure comprehensive treatment planning and successful transitions of care.
  • Engage in continuous professional development activities to stay informed of best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.
