Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team at Pathways Wellness Center, LLC. This full-time, remote position offers an annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, along with comprehensive benefits. Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while serving clients through our innovative telehealth platform. At Pathways Wellness Center, we utilize advanced technology to conduct virtual consultations and therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for our clients across Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and beyond. You will engage with colleagues in a supportive, collaborative virtual space that values communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular virtual assessments and counseling sessions, ensuring clear communication of patient progress and needs with other healthcare providers, including physicians and specialists.
• Maintain accurate and organized clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in adherence to department policies and local regulations.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to develop individualized treatment plans that address the psychosocial aspects of patient care, facilitating holistic recovery paths based on comprehensive assessments.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, expertly navigating emotional and behavioral challenges faced by clients and offering timely therapeutic support.
• Assist clients with discharge planning, coordinating care with various service providers and community resources to ensure continued support after therapy ends.
• Consult with clients' families or support systems, facilitating open communication regarding treatment objectives and discharge processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPC at Pathways Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of full-time experience in providing direct mental health services, demonstrating proficiency in assessment and therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work independently, manage caseloads, and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
• Proficient in the use of digital tools and platforms, including MS Office and telehealth systems, to facilitate virtual counseling.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a telehealth environment is highly valued and will facilitate a smooth transition into your role.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a mental health or medical setting.

Compensation and Benefits

Pathways Wellness Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
