• Provide comprehensive mental health counseling to adult clients through individualized therapy sessions.
• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and support needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, considering their unique circumstances and goals.
• Progressively monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment, making necessary adjustments to therapeutic interventions as client needs evolve.
• Engage in multi-disciplinary team meetings to share insights and strategies, enhancing overall patient care by liaising with medical providers and other health professionals.
• Exercise exceptional communication skills in providing empathetic support to clients and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

You will primarily work with adults who present with a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and chronic conditions. Your role entails applying a client-centered approach that respects individual diversity, promoting health behavior changes, and empowering clients to achieve their wellness goals.

• A bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field is required; a master's degree or higher is preferred.
• Active, unrestricted licensure from a state board (such as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD) is mandatory.
• Demonstrable experience as a mental health counselor, with a minimum of 2 years in a clinical setting.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage clients effectively within a remote environment.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical considerations related to mental health practices.
• Commitment to cultural competence and an understanding of equity and inclusion principles in mental health care.

• Experience in community health settings or integrated care environments is highly regarded.
• A familiarity with using telehealth platforms and remote counseling tools to connect with clients effectively.
• Skills in various therapeutic models that emphasize brief, solution-focused therapies.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
