Work Environment

You will work in a fully remote capacity with a team of mental health professionals dedicated to a supportive and inclusive work culture. Our outpatient office environment is designed to cater to the needs of our clients and staff alike, fostering collaboration and continuous professional development. You will engage with clients during standard office hours, specifically from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and design individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique mental health needs.
  • Engage in regular therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic approaches tailored to promote client growth and emotional resilience.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions to encourage peer support and shared experiences in a secure virtual environment.
  • Monitor and document client progress using our electronic health record systems to ensure continuity of care and facilitate effective case management.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of developments in telehealth practices and ensure compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will comprise diverse individuals dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transitions. The role requires a strong commitment to cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the various backgrounds of our clients, enabling you to provide compassionate, personalized care that affirms their experiences.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Active licensure in California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, or the ability to obtain licensure in a timely manner.
  • Proven track record with at least 2 years of experience delivering therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups in various settings.
