Work Environment

You will work in a fully remote capacity with a team of mental health professionals dedicated to a supportive and inclusive work culture. You will engage with clients during standard office hours, specifically from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and design individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique mental health needs.
  • Engage in regular therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic approaches tailored to promote client growth and emotional resilience.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required. A Masterโ€™s degree is preferred.
  • Active licensure in California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, or the ability to obtain licensure in a timely manner.
  • Proven track record with at least 2 years of experience delivering therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups in various settings.
