Responsibilities
  • Design user interfaces for web products including our academy platform, landing pages, and internal tools
  • Conduct UX research to understand how traders use our products and where friction exists
  • Build and maintain reusable components within our Figma design system
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs across multiple breakpoints
  • Design marketing assets and content in Canva for social, web, and campaigns
  • Present your design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Assist with WordPress page building and basic front-end implementation where needed

Requirements

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally on digital products
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking process, not just final screens
  • Solid understanding of UX research methods including user interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping
  • Proficiency in Figma including components, auto layout, variants, and design systems
  • Familiarity with WordPress as a publishing and product platform
  • Basic understanding of SEO and how design decisions affect search performance
