As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at promoting mental wellness among our detox center clients:

• Deliver virtual counseling sessions tailored to individual client needs, ensuring effective therapeutic engagement.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, using evidence-based methodologies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records with minimal paperwork, allowing more time for direct client interaction.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Utilize a library of therapy tools and resources to enhance client outcomes and support various therapeutic approaches.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training related to mental health and teletherapy best practices.

You will work closely with individuals undergoing detoxification, addressing various mental health issues often associated with substance use. This includes clients with low acuity levels who require stabilization and support during their recovery. Your role will be crucial in helping these individuals navigate their challenges and achieve healthier coping mechanisms.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois, with no disciplinary actions on your record.
• Strong ability to work independently, with proven creativity and flexibility in approach.
• Exceptional communication skills, allowing for professional interactions with clients and coordination with care team members.
• A designated, private workspace that adheres to HIPAA guidelines in a home office environment.

While not mandatory, the following experiences would be advantageous:
