• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients to accurately diagnose mental health conditions and formulate individualized treatment plans that respect cultural diversity and special needs.

• Utilize recognized tools and methodologies, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), for ongoing progress evaluation and adjustment of care strategies.

• Document all treatment records and clinical information promptly in accordance with departmental procedures and regulatory requirements, utilizing modern technology to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Engage in collaborative development of treatment plans with patients and families, setting achievable goals, while addressing safety concerns and symptom management.

• Coordinate referrals and establish relationships with external treatment providers, serving as a vital link for patients navigating their care options.

• Provide mentorship and educational support to students, interns, residents, and peers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

• Participate in peer reviews, clinical collaboration sessions, and team auditing processes to enhance overall team performance and development.

Your primary focus will be on clients and families facing the challenges associated with cancer diagnoses. • A Master's degree in Social Work is required to ensure a strong foundational knowledge in clinical social work principles.

• A current State License as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is mandatory, confirming proficiency in the relevant professional standards.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
