The ideal candidate will work in a supportive climate-controlled office environment within a detox center, allowing for daily movement throughout the facility. You will collaborate closely with departmental members and other healthcare providers, and engage with various teams to ensure comprehensive care for our patients as you facilitate their therapeutic process.

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses when necessary, leveraging standardized tools from resources such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) to evaluate mental health statuses and formulate individualized care plans accommodating diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, implementing tailored interventions and strategies to effectively support mental health diagnoses.
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records, reports, and clinical documentation using current electronic health record (EHR) systems, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
• Collaboratively develop comprehensive treatment plans with patients and families, focusing on achievable outcomes aligned with patient goals.
• Recognize and address potential areas of patient safety, providing interventions aimed at symptom reduction while fostering independence and well-being.
• Serve as a key liaison between patients and treatment providers, coordinating referrals and supporting patients in navigating their care continuum.
• Provide education and mentorship to students, interns, and volunteers, fostering a learning environment that promotes clinical best practices.
• Collaborate with your clinical supervisor on peer reviews and team-building initiatives, contributing to a culture of support and professional development.

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families impacted by cancer diagnoses. Understanding the emotional and psychological toll that such diagnoses can take, you’ll deploy evidence-based practices to facilitate coping, resilience, and mental health stability.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Experience working within oncology settings or with patients experiencing chronic illness is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions and collaborative care models.
• Strong understanding of cultural competencies related to diverse patient backgrounds.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually. We offer a generous compensation package that includes a sign-on bonus and unlimited earning potential. Additional benefits encompass:
