• This role requires communication and collaboration with various department members and healthcare professionals, enriching the team's interdisciplinary approach.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose mental health conditions when necessary, and evaluate the effectiveness of caregiving strategies using tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.
• Create and implement individualized care plans that reflect cultural diversity and the specific needs of the patient population we serve, regularly reviewing progress and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment records and clinical reports in compliance with regulatory standards, utilizing state-of-the-art technology.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans aimed at achieving desired mental health outcomes.
• Actively focus on patient safety and symptom reduction throughout the treatment process, engaging with patients to guide them toward their goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison for referrals and coordinate resources among various treatment providers, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
• Provide educational mentorship to interns, students, and volunteers, complementing their learning experience with practical insights into social work in a healthcare setting.
• Participate in peer-to-peer reviews and clinical audits, under the supervision of clinical leadership, to foster continuous professional development and team enhancement.

This position primarily caters to individuals and families grappling with cancer diagnoses, offering targeted mental health support to improve emotional resilience during treatment. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• Previous experience working within a healthcare or hospice setting, specifically with oncology patients, is a significant plus.
• Demonstrated capacity to utilize evidence-based practices effectively in therapy sessions.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
