Key Responsibilities

As an LPCC at Proto-Call, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Maintaining regular communication with supervisors, care teams, family members, and other stakeholders about patient progress to ensure cohesive treatment outcomes.
  • Organizing a tentative schedule for your patient appointments, home visits, and follow-up observations, thereby monitoring the effectiveness of your therapeutic interventions.
  • Coordinating essential home visits that adhere to protocol, including chart reviews and staff interviews, to provide thorough oversight of treatment plans.
  • Participating actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and strategies for complex cases, and collaborating on treatment objectives.
  • Documenting treatment progress through detailed monthly and quarterly evaluations to track patient growth and inform future interventions.

Qualifications
