This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to balance your personal life while contributing to meaningful patient care. While you will primarily work independently, our supportive team is just a call or message away, ensuring that you are never alone in your efforts. The role will involve regular collaboration with fellow clinicians and medical professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing various therapeutic techniques tailored to meet diverse patient needs.
• Facilitate ongoing assessments and treatment planning, ensuring that each patient’s progress is closely monitored and documented.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to deliver holistic care to patients.
• Engage in intake appointments to understand the unique challenges faced by each patient, crafting personalized treatment plans aligned with their recovery goals.
• Maintain meticulous electronic health records to track patient progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes.
• Lead support sessions for clients dealing with ADHD and autism spectrum disorders, providing tailored support and strategies to enhance their coping mechanisms.

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing acute mental health crises, including but not limited to those struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorders. You will be responsible for supporting patients of various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, helping them navigate their emotional and psychological challenges with empathy and skill.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active LMHC license in Washington State.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating competency in therapeutic practices.
• Experience and skill in working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting.
• Proficiency in a variety of counseling techniques, particularly grief counseling and basic understanding of addiction counseling.

• Previous work in crisis intervention or emergency mental health settings is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered approaches.
• Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient documentation efficiently.
