This is a remote position with flexibility to accommodate your schedule while meeting the needs of students. You will primarily work from home but will interact with students primarily through virtual platforms, enabling you to provide care in a familiar and comfortable environment. • Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to understand the unique needs of each student and family.
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans using evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including individual and group counseling sessions, focusing on improving mental health outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with legal standards.
• Engage in regular collaboration with educational staff, parents, and other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to student support.
• Continuously update your knowledge of best practices through research, training, and participation in professional development opportunities.

You will primarily work with students who are facing emotional and behavioral challenges, including those affected by trauma, anxiety, and depression. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying students' specific needs and delivering the appropriate therapeutic interventions. By building trusting relationships with students, you will help them navigate their mental health challenges and promote resilience and coping strategies.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Oregon.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills that foster collaboration.
• Ability to effectively engage with students and families from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience working in a school setting or with children and adolescents.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and practices.
• Background in implementing crisis intervention strategies.
• Knowledge of local resources and agencies that support mental health and wellness.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
