This role offers a unique structure with remote work flexibility, allowing therapists to deliver quality mental health services from their preferred locations. While the position is primarily remote, there may be occasional on-site visits to clients, particularly those residing in veterans' homes. We leverage modern technology, including electronic medical records, to enhance our productivity and streamline client care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of medical and support staff to diagnose and manage a variety of psychiatric disorders comprehensively.
• Write and maintain detailed clinical reports, develop individualized treatment plans, and participate in consultations for complex cases to ensure coordinated care.
• Document patient care meticulously, monitor client progress, and adhere to ethical standards and reporting requirements in all interactions.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with patients and various disciplines, ensuring that treatment recommendations are aligned with clients’ needs and goals.
• Create dynamic treatment plans that consider standard practice guidelines for each diagnosis, delivering therapy, supportive counseling, and educational resources to clients.
• Provide on-call crisis intervention services and emergency consultations during workdays, demonstrating the ability to respond effectively under pressure.
• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, assessing not just psychological factors but also criminal history and substance abuse backgrounds.
• Evaluate clients’ suicide risk with clinical precision and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure thorough follow-up care.
• Deliver crisis intervention and psychotherapy in various settings, including challenging physical environments, to address urgent client needs.

Your primary clientele will include mothers and individuals from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. The focus is on understanding their unique challenges and providing therapeutic strategies tailored to their specific life situations. Your work will also emphasize engagement with underrepresented groups, aiming to bridge gaps in mental health access and support.

• A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master’s or Doctorate in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) preferred from an accredited program.
• Possession of an independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of residency is essential.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively, interfacing with large providers and support staff to enhance patient outcomes.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records and computer applications essential for documentation and communications.
• Valid driver's license required for any necessary onsite visitations, demonstrating a commitment to accessible patient care.

• Experience in mental health assessments, community outreach, substance abuse, and welfare services will be highly regarded.
• A demonstrated passion for influencing lives positively through behavioral care and mental health support.
• Knowledge and understanding of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders are important for addressing holistic patient care.

The position offers a competitive salary range between USD 50,000 and $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
