• Conduct thorough assessments utilizing appropriate diagnostic criteria to identify patient needs and formulate comprehensive treatment interventions.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique situations of each client, focusing on their specific challenges and recovery goals.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and outcomes, collaborating with other team members to adjust treatment plans as necessary and enhance continuity of care.
• Participate actively in discharge planning and advance care discussions to ensure clients receive the ongoing support they require post-therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough psychiatric evaluations, clearly outlining measurable objectives and strategies for each case.
• Accurately document all patient interactions, care activities, and treatment progress in compliance with our institutional electronic healthcare record policies.

The clients at Frontline of Hope Behavioral Center represent a diverse cross-section of the community, each facing various mental health challenges. You will provide essential services to children, adolescents, and adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current licensure in California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
• A strong foundation in the principles of integrative, client-centered therapy, including expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate strong therapeutic relationships with clients and collaboration with team members.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the mental health field, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient care.
• Proven track record working with diverse client populations and addressing a wide range of psychological challenges.
