Apex Service Partners Sales Representative

Apex Service Partners is looking to find a skilled & experienced sales representative to join our Pacific Regional Team of Inside Sales Champions.

Inside Sales Representatives in the Apex Service Partners Pacific Region are responsible for closing sales through calls, text, and email. Inside Sales Representatives follow-up with customers after a sales representative has given a presentation to a customer in-home, and then assists those customers with finding solutions to their problems.

This is not a call center/cold call/generate your own leads position. Inside Sales Representatives are provided a sizable book of business consisting of customers who personally requested service and who have not yet decided on a solution. Driven, motivated, persistent, and experienced sales representatives will have the opportunity to set a new standard of success in this role. Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales revenue and optimize the customer service experience.
  • Understand and professionally communicate the services of the HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical departments
  • Provide effective customer service and utilize sales negotiation tactics to close deals.
  • Collaborate with comfort consultants on their sales leads.
  • Ability to own and manage your book of businesses
  • Follow up with priority customer leads
  • Review existing calls that need attention from prior day
  • Make a minimum of 60 outbound calls daily.
  • Manage digital CRM suite for rehash and follow up

Experience/Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Inside Sales Experience
  • The drive to be the greatest to ever play the game
  • Proven experience in Customer Service and Sales
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to achieve high call and customer touchpoint volume
  • MUST LIVE in PST Timezone, preferably CA, WA or OR

Physical Demands:

  • Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the
  • May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
  • May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
  • Must be able to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing

PAY TRANSPARENCY:

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $60,000-$85,000 annually, but individual performance can move well to the top of the range into six figures. This is a base pay plus commission position. Base pay is dependent upon factors such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate's salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
