What are Remote Call Center Agents?

Remote Call Center Agents are professionals who handle customer service, sales, or support inquiries over the phone or through digital channels, but they work from home or another remote location instead of a physical call center. This role requires strong communication skills, a reliable internet connection, and the ability to work independently. Remote agents often enjoy flexible schedules and the convenience of working from their chosen environment.

What are some common challenges faced by remote call center agents, and how can they be effectively managed?
