Job description

CIS designs, deploys, and supports cutting edge network technologies. Our solutions cross multiple platforms including Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, Juniper, Palo Alto (CloudGenix), CradlePoint, VMWare SD-WAN, and many others.

CISSDM is searching a for a qualified candidate to join our Logistics Coordinator team. The Logistics Coordinators work with our Test and Turn Up specialists as well as other internal groups to schedule technicians for remote oversight of network turn up activity.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and self-motivated to complete deadline driven tasks in a timely fashion. Logistics Coordinators are responsible for successful scheduling of remote technicians, reviewing/managing turn up tickets, and effective communication/collaboration with members of other departments participating in delivering CIS solutions.

1. Coordinate and schedule remote support technicians to CIS work with field service technicians.

Education & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree preferred but will consider relevant work experience in lieu of degree

3. Ability to effectively communicate technical issues with both technical and non-technical contacts
4. Experience with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
3. Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, chat, and e-mail systems

Helpful Aptitudes:

  • Call center or administrative experience is a plus
  • General familiarity with internet technologies such as DSL and Cable is a plus
  • Strong technical aptitude and desire to learn
