• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs, including but not limited to crisis planning, behavior guidelines, and medication management strategies.
• Complete all documentation required for client services in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to state regulations and organizational standards.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary.
• Collaboratively engage with interdisciplinary teams and programs to implement positive behavior support strategies effectively.
• Actively contribute to licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating compliance with industry standards.
• Serve as a liaison to community partners, state agencies, and other relevant service systems to bolster support networks for clients.
• Establish and maintain strong communication channels within the agency and with external stakeholders to promote the mission of Peaceful Pathways.
• Engage in professional development activities, attending conferences and participating in relevant state meetings to enhance expertise.
• Advocate for and integrate the agency's mission, values, and principles in all aspects of counseling and community interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the team’s dynamic and responding flexibly to emerging needs.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Peaceful Pathways, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals struggling with emotional health issues, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from brain injuries. Our approach is person-centered, fostering a supportive environment where every client’s unique experiences and challenges are acknowledged and addressed with respect and effectiveness.

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is mandatory.
• Possession of an independent LMHC license is required for practice.

• Experience in telehealth settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Background working with diverse populations and addressing various mental health challenges.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer performance-based monthly productivity bonuses, ensuring that hard work is recognized and rewarded.
