• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment strategies.
• Ensure timely completion of all necessary documentation to adhere to regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Employ evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to assess client needs accurately.
• Work alongside other professionals to design and implement effective positive behavior support plans tailored to client requirements.
• Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes to maintain our high standards of care.
• Serve as a critical liaison between clients and relevant state agencies, community partners, and service systems to facilitate access to resources and support.
• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to enhance program visibility and secure funding opportunities.
• Engage in continuous personal and professional growth through attending conferences, training sessions, and statewide task forces related to mental health.
• Promote the agency’s mission, values, and philosophy while integrating these principles into daily practices.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support operational goals.

This position focuses on individuals facing diverse mental health challenges, including those with emotional distress, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. Our clients often require supportive, compassionate care delivered in a manner conducive to fostering independence and resilience. The connections made in this role will play an essential part in helping clients achieve their personal recovery goals.

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is required.
• An independent LMHC license is essential for practice.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic practices and client-centered approaches.
• Familiarity with substance use recovery and mental health disorders, along with the ability to create personalized treatment plans.
• Strong background in crisis intervention, assessment, and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and engage effectively with community resources.
