About Oaklet

Oaklet builds the technology and clinical infrastructure powering direct-to-patient healthcare programs. Our platform helps pharmaceutical companies and healthcare brands launch and scale patient journeys across intake, telehealth, prescribing, and ongoing clinical workflows.

The Role

Oaklet is hiring a senior, hands-on business development leader to build and own our pharmaceutical partnerships pipeline. You will work directly with the founder and own relationships from the initial introduction through discovery, contracting, launch, renewal, and expansion.

What You'll Do

โ€ข Partner with Oaklet's product, clinical, and technical teams to design programs around customer needs.

โ€ข Help shape Oaklet's pharmaceutical positioning, pricing, sales process, and go-to-market strategy.
โ€ข Maintain disciplined pipeline management and revenue forecasting.

What We're Looking For

โ€ข 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical business development, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, patient services, digital health, hub services, or healthcare technology.

โ€ข A demonstrated record of personally sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex enterprise contracts.
โ€ข Experience navigating pharmaceutical procurement, legal, security, compliance, and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
โ€ข Strong executive communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
โ€ข Comfortable operating independently in an early-stage company without an established sales playbook.
โ€ข Experience growing existing accounts in addition to winning new business.

Experience with direct-to-patient programs, telehealth, specialty pharmacy, patient-support programs, or pharmaceutical commercialization is especially valuable.
