If you are a Business Analyst professional Iooking for an opportunity to grow your career, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by designing, improving, and supporting business processes across Emerson’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment and related systems. In this position, you will partner closely with global stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system solutions, strengthen user adoption through training and support, and continuously improve processes through data, experimentation, and collaboration.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Work on multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing business priorities with available resources.
  • Support a global ERP user community by serving as a system subject matter expert across multiple functional areas, including responding to user inquiries and delivering virtual training sessions for users worldwide.
  • Partner with functional teams, lead business analysts, and development teams to identify opportunities for system and process improvements by gaining a deep understanding of business roles and workflows.
  • Design, execute, and analyze experiments to validate system configuration or data changes, ensuring desired outcomes are achieved without negatively impacting dependent processes.
  • Educate end users on configuration options and explain how system changes influence downstream processes.
  • Ensure business process implementations align with established data and process standards defined by the Lead Business Analyst.
  • Apply a variety of analytical tools and techniques to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver ad hoc reports to support management decision-making.
  • Collaborate with ERP technical support to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues reported by users.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support team and business objectives.
