Job Summary:
The Regional Business Coach "(RBC)" exercises strategic leadership, operational oversight, and business coaching and development to franchise locations in their assigned regional areas. This role ensures the guidance of Franchise locations to deliver and maintain high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and financial performance across pharmacy, nursing, logistics, and customer service teams.
Duties/Responsibilities:
What your day-to-day will be like:
  • Lead strategic initiatives that strengthen brand integrity, optimize owner returns, and support Vital Care's long-term vision for the region.
  • Drive execution of initiatives by managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, and go to market processes across channels.
  • Localize brand programs for the market, ensuring brand standards, and swim lane clarity are upheld for both managed and franchised locations.
  • Prepare and deliver project status updates, performance reviews, and business insights to senior leaders and cross functional teams.
  • Become the first line call resolution for our Franchise owners on daily operating and growth questions regarding the standard operating procedures.

How you will collaborate with others:
  • Partner with Franchise Owners, its local leadership and cross functional partners to identify performance improvement opportunities and implement approved recommendations.
  • Work with internal partners across enterprise teams-including Compliance, Onboarding, Revenue Cycle and Payer-to support organizational objectives and ensure full alignment on key initiatives.
  • Engage in regular leadership meetings, business reviews, and regional planning sessions to drive operational effectiveness and strategic clarity.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Up to 50% travel within the assigned region, including franchise visits, meetings, and ongoing support of Franchise locations. Candidates must reside in the Western United States to support regional business needs and collaboration across western time zones.
  • Expertise in building data-driven insights and executive level presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Direct experience in home infusion, specialty pharmacy, home health, or closely related healthcare industry strongly preferred (but not required).
  • Proven success coaching or leading business owners, teams, direct reports, operators, or senior leaders.
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and data-driven decision making.
  • Business Coaching & Influence: Ability to guide, challenge, and influence without direct authority.
  • Executive Presence: Comfortable engaging with Franchise Owners as peers and trusted advisors.
  • Strong ability to interpret financial and operational data to drive action.
  • Balance empathy and accountability to build long-term franchise success.
  • Thrives in a fast-growing, evolving franchise organization.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master's preferred) or Five (5) years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, business leadership, and change management in a multi-site support environment.
  • Strong knowledge of infusion therapies, regulatory compliance, and payer systems.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive growth.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
