Job Summary:
This position involves developing and maintaining a constant source of clients for the Branch.
This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee. He or she will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties requested by his or her supervisor in order to bring new prospects and clients into the system.
Essential Functions:
Follow all Weiser Security Services, Inc. policies and procedures.
Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
Report all claims of harassment, discrimination, and/or retaliation to the Vice President of Human Resources, General Counsel, or CEO at the Support Center.
Research and develop new prospects to become clients.
Deliver presentations and proposals to prospects to differentiate our service.
Schedule meetings and tours with prospects to discover needs of operations.
Continuously research new prospects through cold calls, drop byes, and other lead generation tools.
Manage a large database of diverse prospects.
Develop positive relationships with prospects, Branch Manager, Regional Vice President, Vice President of Sales, and Marketing Assistant through communication and coordinating activities.
Participate in all sales meetings to develop new skills.
Meet or exceed sales goals each quarter.
Process and submit Rate Approval and Proposal Requests timely.
Complete wage determinations on all prospects before proposal delivery.
