Overview

We are seeking an experienced RPA Engineer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that improve business efficiency and streamline operational processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in RPA tools, programming, cloud technologies, and end-to-end process automation.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions to automate business processes
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable automation workflows
  • Build and maintain bots using RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Appian
  • Develop and support data pipelines, scripts, and integration components
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation workflows for performance and reliability
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and governance policies
  • Document automation processes, solutions, and technical designs
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process re-engineering efforts
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in automation, software development, data engineering, or related domains
  • Strong hands-on experience with RPA tools:
