Job description

We are looking for a Senior Consultant who will take the lead in identifying, shaping, prioritizing, and documenting automation and AI opportunities across multiple business units. This role is ideal for someone with a technical foundation in automation and emerging agentic AI, who thrives in conversations with business stakeholders, understands processes deeply, and can translate complexity into clear, actionable recommendations.

This is not a development role - it is about strategy, discovery, process excellence, pipeline building, and stakeholder engagement. You will help shape the automation and AI strategy while acting as the business analyst who turns ambiguity into a strong, high-quality pipeline for our developers. You will be one of the primary drivers of how we scale automation and agentic solutions across the organization.

General: Responsibilities and tasks for this role

Strategy & Advisory

  • Partner with business and technology leaders to shape the automation and agentic AI strategy and roadmap.
  • Advise on where automation, AI, and data agents create the most value, and how to sequence investments for impact.
  • Bring an outside-in, tool-agnostic perspective on emerging capabilities and how they apply to the business.

 Discovery & Pipeline Ownership:

  • Lead endtoend discovery sessions with SMEs across diverse business units.
  • Procure and maintain a highquality automation pipeline for RPA, lowcode, reporting, AI solutions, etc.
  • Evaluate process complexity, feasibility, and ROI for each opportunity.
  • Identify, assess, and document automation opportunities aligned to business goals.

 Process Improvement:

  • Analyze and map currentstate processes through interviews, walkthroughs, and documentation review.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose optimization or standardization improvements.
  • Challenge outdated assumptions and guide teams toward leaner, more scalable processes.

 Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

  • Clearly explain what automation is, when it should be applied, and which technologies are best suited.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and alignment sessions with business and technical partners.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and next steps in a simple, structured, and compelling way.

 Requirements Gathering & HandOff:

  • Translate optimized processes into clear business requirements.
  • Partner closely with delivery leads and developers to ensure smooth transition into definition and design.
  • Support creation of documentation such as PDDs, opportunity assessments, and prioritization artifacts.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Business analysis or Project management
  • Background in Agentic AI, automation, RPA, lowcode, consulting, or systems/process analysis.
  • Strong understanding of automation concepts, capabilities, and solution types.
  • Ability to think through process logic, decision points, and exceptions.
  • Strong business analysis skills - able to gather requirements, structure ambiguity, and drive alignment.
  • Comfortable identifying feasibility constraints and key risk areas.
  • Toolagnostic mindset
  • Consulting or client-facing advisory experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with UiPath, Blue Prism, or similar RPA technologies.
  • Hands-on exposure to agentic data platforms such as Microsoft AI Foundry, Snowflake Cortex, or Databricks Agent Builder (or comparable data/agentic AI technologies).
  • Understanding of how data agents, RAG, and LLM-based solutions are designed, governed, and deployed in an enterprise setting.
  • Experience assessing opportunities for AI agents and intelligent automation, not just traditional RPA.
  • Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt Certified

Strong Plus:

  • UiPath Certified Professional Business Analyst (UiBPA).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and APIs (REST/SOAP).

What We Offer
  • Tailored development plan with career coaching
  • Regular feedback - we value your opinion, and we appreciate new ideas
  • International career and project opportunities
  • Deepen your working knowledge of intelligent automation through our structured training courses
  • Immerse yourself in an exciting, positive, and creative atmosphere and generate novel solutions to some of our client's most complex challenges
  • Work in different international and cross-cultural teams for each project

Benefits

  • Work from home
  • Health, Dental, Vision, Life & Retirement Insurance
  • Unlimited vacation policy (take as many days as you need)
