About the Role

We are looking for a collaborative and results-oriented leader to oversee a team of Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Project Management professionals supporting enterprise Data, Analytics, and Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives.

This role combines people leadership, agile delivery oversight, stakeholder management, and strategic planning to ensure business needs are effectively translated into successful technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Analysts and Scrum Masters, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Guide requirements gathering, documentation, and the translation of business needs into actionable technical deliverables.
  • Promote and reinforce Agile and Scrum best practices across projects and teams.
  • Act as a key escalation point for project challenges, scope management, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Partner closely with Data Engineering, Product, Analytics, and Business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
  • Establish and standardize Business Analysis and Agile delivery processes across multiple initiatives.
  • Manage team capacity planning, workload balancing, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure project priorities align with organizational objectives and technology roadmaps.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and professional development of team members.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, Project Management, or Data-focused initiatives.
  • 3+ years of leadership or people management experience.
  • Strong understanding of Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Reporting, and Analytics environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience leading Agile teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience establishing and improving Business Analysis and Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, CBAP, or equivalent are considered a strong asset.
