Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' emotional and mental health status, identifying areas of concern to inform treatment plans.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans aimed at improving clients' mental health, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Engage with clients through telehealth sessions, maintaining a supportive and therapeutic relationship.
  • Collaborate with parents, educators, and other stakeholders to create a holistic approach to each clientโ€™s care, ensuring consistency in treatment across environments.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, documenting all encounters and treatment outcomes in our secure client management system.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to remain current on best practices in social work and mental health.
  • Support clients in navigating challenges at school or home, providing strategies and tools to manage stressors effectively.
  • Engage in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss cases, and align on best practices within the organization.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, who may be experiencing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. You will work with students from diverse backgrounds, accommodating varying cultural, socioeconomic, and educational contexts. Your role will empower these young individuals to learn coping mechanisms, build resilience, and pursue their academic and personal goals.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work and a current Oregon state license (LCSW) is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience providing clinical social work services, with a focus on mental health therapy.
  • Proficient in providing telehealth services, familiar with relevant technology and HIPAA regulations.
  • Strong understanding of mental health conditions, therapeutic modalities, and best practices for treatment.
