Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' emotional and mental health status, identifying areas of concern to inform treatment plans.
• Develop personalized treatment plans aimed at improving clients' mental health, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Engage with clients through telehealth sessions, maintaining a supportive and therapeutic relationship.
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and other stakeholders to create a holistic approach to each client’s care, ensuring consistency in treatment across environments.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, documenting all encounters and treatment outcomes in our secure client management system.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to remain current on best practices in social work and mental health.
• Support clients in navigating challenges at school or home, providing strategies and tools to manage stressors effectively.
• Engage in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss cases, and align on best practices within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, who may be experiencing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. You will work with students from diverse backgrounds, accommodating varying cultural, socioeconomic, and educational contexts. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work and a current Oregon state license (LCSW) is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing clinical social work services, with a focus on mental health therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
