• Conduct virtual therapy sessions via video conferencing for both individual clients and supportive group therapy settings, addressing their unique mental health challenges.

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid and unrestricted Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) credential in Massachusetts.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical practice experience, particularly in a healthcare environment.
• Strong skills in assessment and treatment planning, with a deep understanding of evidence-based practices.
