Prime Health Counseling, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a remote capacity. This full-time role is primarily focused on providing clinical support to patients in a Detox Center environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience and a strong commitment to serving under-resourced communities.

This position offers a remote working arrangement, allowing for flexibility while still providing essential support to individuals facing significant mental health challenges. As an LCSW in this setting, you will engage with clients in various community contexts, using your skills to promote recovery and well-being.

• Provide direct clinical services to clients diagnosed with major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, both in individual and group settings.
• Conduct brief, developmentally appropriate screenings to assess clients’ needs and create integrated care plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Engage in collaborative team meetings to evaluate patient progress, share insights, and contribute to group decision-making regarding care strategies.
• Deliver crisis intervention and support during emergencies, implementing de-escalation techniques and safety protocols to ensure an appropriate response.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports, adhering to ethical guidelines and organizational standards.
• Monitor clients’ treatment progress and adjust care plans based on their evolving needs while coordinating with family members and other providers as necessary.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development workshops to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in social work.
• Provide education and support to clients and families regarding available resources and treatment options that promote recovery and empowerment.
• Serve on various committees and contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work primarily with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, alongside co-occurring mental health challenges. Our patients often come from diverse backgrounds and may face additional barriers to care, such as socioeconomic disadvantages. The focus of care is on fostering a safe, trustworthy environment that enables patients to address their mental health and substance use issues effectively.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a healthcare or community setting.
• Strong understanding of mental health and substance use disorders, with a commitment to evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with diverse populations.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and care coordination.

• Experience working in a detox or inpatient treatment facility.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral networks relevant to mental health and substance use.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and integrative treatment approaches.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
