Position Overview

Manages freight routing, load assignments, and shipment tracking through Oregon-based systems. Oklahoma City candidates may participate in hybrid workflow sessions; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals independently manage operations and assist with workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Assign and track freight loads across multiple routes

Maintain detailed dispatch documentation and operational records

Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, or delays to drivers and internal teams

Monitor delivery timelines and ensure workflow compliance

Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements

Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment
