• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' mental health issues and needs, followed by the formulation of accurate clinical diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based interventions.
• Provide emergency crisis intervention and on-demand support for clients experiencing acute psychological distress.
• Maintain meticulous client records, ensuring documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, while adhering to ethical and legal standards for privacy and confidentiality.
• Engage in interprofessional collaboration with psychiatrists and social workers to formulate comprehensive care strategies for clients, ensuring holistic treatment approaches.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health concerns and available treatment options, actively advocating for clients’ needs and rights within the healthcare system.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be working with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families.
