Heluna Psychotherapy Center is actively seeking a skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to provide vital mental health services through telehealth. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough client assessments and developing personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs.
• Completing necessary documentation that meets all regulatory standards, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools as determined by collaborative discussions with the clinical team.
• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement effective positive behavior support plans tailored to individual clients.
• Participating actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of professional practice.
• Acting as a liaison to relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, ensuring a continuum of care for clients.
• Maintaining open and effective communication channels to meet contract standards and advocate for the agency's mission.
• Building relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to enhance program visibility and secure new partnerships and funding.
• Engaging in activities that promote your professional development, such as attending workshops, representing the agency at conferences, and participating in state-level committees.
• Upholding and integrating agency mission, values, and principles in all aspects of work.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

The clients you will serve at Heluna Psychotherapy Center encompass diverse backgrounds and challenges, including those struggling with mental health issues, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and the aftermath of brain injuries. You will work with individuals seeking a path toward recovery, independence, and enhanced well-being. Your role will directly contribute to positive outcomes in their lives, offering the guidance and support they need to thrive.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• A valid and independent LMHC license is mandatory, with the opportunity for out-of-state licensed professionals to have their licensing fees covered.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in telehealth counseling or familiarity with crisis intervention techniques will be highly regarded. The ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team to promote positive behavioral support will also be advantageous.

Heluna Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually. In addition to a competitive base salary, we provide an extensive benefits package that includes:
