• Conduct thorough assessments to develop individualized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies tailored to client needs.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to meet the diverse needs of clients and guide treatment approaches.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create positive behavior support plans and implement best practices for client care.
• Engage in licensing and accreditation activities, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of mental health service delivery.
• Establish strong communication and partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies, as well as community organizations, to enhance service delivery and outreach.
• Actively participate in professional development through conferences, workshops, and state-wide meetings to enhance your expertise.
• Promote the agency’s mission and values, ensuring that they are integrated into all aspects of service delivery.
• Perform related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, adapting to the evolving needs of the organization and its clients.

In this position, you will work with a varied client population, including individuals facing emotional health challenges, those recovering from substance use issues, and clients with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Your role will involve developing meaningful, therapeutic relationships that foster trust and empower clients to reach their personal goals. The diverse needs of our patients require a compassionate approach and a commitment to personalized care strategies.

• A Master’s Degree in the mental health field is mandatory.
• Active and independent LMHC license in Massachusetts is required; candidates licensed in other states are welcome and supported in obtaining licensure in Massachusetts, with associated fees covered by the organization.

• Previous experience in outpatient mental health counseling settings is highly valued.
• Proficient skills in developing crisis intervention plans and conducting risk assessments are desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based methodologies and practices related to mental health treatment.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams is preferred.

The salary range for this position is competitive, with earnings between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
