• Conduct comprehensive assessments to create individualized treatment and crisis management plans, ensuring that they align with client needs and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans, fostering an environment of holistic and supportive care.
• Utilize evidence-based assessment tools and documentation practices to uphold compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
• Serve as a key liaison between clients and relevant state agencies, community partners, and service systems to facilitate access to necessary resources and support.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and external partners to promote collaboration and uphold the mission of Empowerment Pathways.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending conferences, educational workshops, and serving on committees to enhance your expertise.
• Participate actively in organizational initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and client outcomes.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to maintain operational efficiency.

You will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals facing mental health challenges, those in recovery from substance use, and clients experiencing developmental disabilities or brain injuries. • A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• Current and independent LMHC license in Massachusetts or willingness to obtain licensure with organization support.

• Previous experience in telehealth counseling is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and practice guidelines.
• Experience working collaboratively within a team to enhance client outcomes.
