Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create detailed treatment plans that include pre-crisis and crisis strategies, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.
  • Document client interactions, assessments, and treatment progress in a timely manner, adhering to all regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of the clinical assessment process, ensuring that the treatments provided are backed by current best practices.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans to enhance client outcomes.
  • Engage in all processes related to licensing and accreditation, ensuring that the clinic meets the highest standards of care.

  • Complete any other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support operational needs and enhance service delivery.
