This position is entirely remote, offering the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a strong connection with our patients and team members. You will interact regularly with colleagues in a climate-controlled virtual setting, receiving support and guidance as needed. While the primary work setting is remote, occasional team meetings and professional gatherings may be held to foster collaboration and camaraderie.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, leveraging the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to create personalized care plans that reflect the unique needs and cultural backgrounds of each patient.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions, continually monitoring patients' progress to ensure optimal outcomes and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records, reports, and clinical information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental standards.
• Develop and revise individualized treatment plans collaboratively with patients and their families, addressing specific goals, outcomes, and necessary interventions.
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team and external organizations to facilitate referrals and ensure a seamless continuum of care for our patients.
• Engage in mentorship, providing guidance to students, interns, and volunteers, fostering a culture of learning and professional development within the team.
• Participate in team collaboration initiatives, such as peer reviews and clinical audits, under the direction of your clinical supervisor, to enhance team performance and patient outcomes.

This role's primary focus is on supporting patients and their families affected by cancer, addressing the mental health complexities that often accompany such diagnoses. The LCSW will employ therapeutic strategies tailored to the emotional and psychological challenges specific to this population, ensuring that all patients receive empathetic and competent care.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Experience in providing mental health counseling, ideally in a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with working with oncology patients or other chronic illnesses is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and maintaining accurate documentation.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
