Sr. UI/UX Designer & Developer (75% Design / 25% Dev)
Looking for a high-impact role where you can own the design strategy for a massive enterprise modernization initiative? Join a first-class organization that offers 100% remote flexibility, an outstanding work/life balance, and an incredible company culture.
The Split: This role is roughly 75% UI/UX Design (Figma, research, prototyping) and 25% Front-End Development (Vue.js, JS, CSS, HTML).
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Design Strategy: Lead a multi-year redesign of high-traffic legacy web portals.
  • UX Discovery: Conduct stakeholder interviews, user research, personas, and usability testing.
  • Scale Systems: Develop and maintain enterprise design systems and component libraries.
  • Build UI: Design and build responsive, accessible (WCAG/ADA) interfaces primarily using Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Collaborate & Mentor: Partner with cross-functional Agile teams and mentor junior designers.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience: 6+ years of professional UI/UX design and web/mobile development experience.
  • Design Stack: Advanced proficiency with Figma and design system management.
  • Dev Stack: Front-end skills in JavaScript Frameworks, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • UX Methodologies: Proven track record in user research, information architecture, and responsive design.
  • Compliance: Solid understanding of ADA/WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree (prefer HCI, UX Design, Computer Science, or a related field)
