The Administrative Secretary will manage correspondence, maintain filing systems, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office. Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
