Location-Type: 100% Remote (must work EST hours) - EST or CST only!

Compensation Range: $75,000-$90,000

Job Description:
This role is responsible for independently managing the full lifecycle of integrated direct mail and print production campaigns on behalf of nonprofit clients within a fast-paced, remote agency environment.
Job Summary
Manage the end-to-end production lifecycle of direct mail and integrated fundraising campaigns, from planning through deployment
Coordinate with vendors to oversee timelines, proofs, and production deliverables across a high-volume book of nonprofit client business
Collaborate cross-functionally with account management, creative, analytics, and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
Execute integrated fundraising and media campaigns across channels including direct mail, digital, and email
Monitor campaign performance and support optimization efforts to maximize donor engagement and return on investment
Own client-facing communication and account management responsibilities within a structured remote production workflow
Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence as the team scales to support an expanding nonprofit client base
Minimum Requirements:
3-5 years of direct mail account management and print production experience within an agency environment
Demonstrated knowledge of the full print production lifecycle, including vendor coordination, proofing, and campaign execution
Experience supporting nonprofit organizations through an agency model
Proven ability to manage production independently and remotely, including ownership of timelines and campaign deliverables
Strong organizational and communication skills suited to a fast-paced, high-volume remote environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Background at a nonprofit-focused marketing, fundraising, or integrated direct mail agency
Experience executing integrated fundraising campaigns across both print and digital channels
Demonstrated stability and tenure in agency roles with clear examples of owning books of business
Growth mindset with interest in developing into future leadership or supervisory responsibilities
Familiarity with integrated media analytics and performance reporting
